2. Sales & Customer Experience Associate

👗 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers on the sales floor with styling and product selection
• Operate the checkout counter (billing, returns, POS system)
• Prepare and pack online orders (including virtual styling consultations)
• Respond to customer inquiries via Instagram or email
• Maintain store cleanliness and help with restocking & merchandising

• Occasionally help with retail tasks like billing, showcasing, packaging
